The High Court has conceded big name entertainer and vocalist Tahsan Khan expectant bail for quite a long time in a misrepresentation case recorded by a client of internet business stage Evaly. The HC seat of Justice Sheik Md Zakir Hossain and Justice Khizir Hayat on Thursday passed the request after a meeting.
Prior on Wednesday, the entertainer supplicated bail in the High Court. On December 4 last year, Saad Nam, a client of Evaly, recorded the argument against nine individuals with Dhanmondi Police Station in the capital.
Rest seven charged are entertainers Rafiath Rashid Mithila and Sabnam Faria; Evaly's overseeing chief and CEO Mohammad Rassel, his better half and online business organization's director Nasrin; Akash, Arif, Taher, and Md Abu Taish Kayes.
The case proclamation said Tahsan, Mithila, and Sabnam Faria were in various places of Evaly. In view of their quality and their different limited time talks, the offended party put around Tk 3.18 lakh in the organization however he was misdirected. Tahsan Khan was Evaly's Goodwill diplomat, Mithila way of life Goodwill minister, and Sabnam Faria boss advertising official.
